As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our company’s interactions with the public and implementing effective content strategies across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning and executing digital campaigns to build a thriving online community.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies and content plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage and maintain the organization’s presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, engagement data, and customer feedback to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and shareable content that drives brand awareness, increases website traffic, and generates leads.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media platforms to promote the company’s products, services, and events.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments in social media marketing.
• Utilize social media management tools and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide recommendations and insights for continuous improvement of social media strategies and campaigns.

Requirements and Qualifications as Front Office Executive

• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand and align social media strategies with business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using social media management platforms and analytics tools.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
