As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out cold-calling to generate interest in our products and services, effectively promoting and highlighting their key features and benefits.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by actively networking and engaging in follow-up courtesy calls to potential clients.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our software to showcase its capabilities and value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

Requirements and Qualifications as IT Sales Executive

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role, preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to effectively present and demonstrate software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
