Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of our staffing services.
- Create customized proposals tailored to the unique needs of prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
- Implement strategic sales plans to effectively acquire new customers and expand our client base.
- Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales approaches and strategies, continually improving customer acquisition techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments, leveraging this knowledge to enhance customer acquisition efforts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently driving business growth and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.
Requirements and Qualifications as Customer Acquisition Specialis
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and sales-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer acquisition or business development role.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions effectively.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored proposals and solutions.
- Highly motivated and self-directed, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in the staffing industry or HR consulting is a plus.
