Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the digital marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitors’ strategies, and provide valuable insights to the marketing team.
- Assist in updating and maintaining databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to write engaging and compelling content for the company’s social media platforms and website.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels, maintaining a positive brand image and fostering customer engagement.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media advertising.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements and Qualifications as Front Office Executive
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies, particularly in the digital space.
- Proficiency in using marketing databases and tools to collect and analyze data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices for business use.
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
