HRstride.COM Job Consultancy, a leading recruitment firm based in Kochi, Kerala, As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to gather relevant information and insights.
- Process and analyze research data to provide valuable reports and recommendations.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including printing, sending emails, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Assist and collaborate with the sales team in managing client relationships and coordinating sales activities.
- Provide support to the Front Office team in handling customer inquiries and managing incoming calls.
- Contribute to inventory control processes by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with relevant departments.
Requirements and Qualifications as Back Office Executive
- Associate’s degree or above in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in performing administrative duties or working in an office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with market research methods and data analysis is a plus.
