Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics techniques to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets, providing valuable insights and identifying trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new systems, tools, and technologies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment between IT and business stakeholders.
- Generate data-driven reports, presentations, and dashboards to convey findings, recommendations, and progress to executives and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of implemented initiatives, making necessary adjustments as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and data analytics.
Requirements and Qualifications as Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in data analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of teaching and the ability to design courses is an added advantage.
