Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of REST fundamentals and adhere to API design best practices.
• Utilize your knowledge of API design patterns to create modern and efficient API solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in API development.
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Optimize API performance, scalability, and security to deliver reliable and fast API services.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in API development.
• Contribute to the improvement of the overall application developer’s experience by implementing best practices and optimizing API workflows.

Requirements and Qualifications as Software & API Developer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Strong understanding of API design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Familiarity with cross-platform development and the ability to adapt to different frameworks and technologies.
• Experience with API documentation tools and technologies (e.g., Swagger, OpenAPI).
• Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
