Duties & Responsibilities
- Hiring and Firing Employees: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and onboarding talented sales representatives who can contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company. Additionally, you will handle employee terminations when necessary, ensuring a high-performing and motivated sales team.
- Training and Development: You will assess the training needs of the sales team and design comprehensive training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge. By delivering effective training sessions, you will equip sales representatives with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles and meet sales targets.
- Coaching Sales Representatives: Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to sales representatives, fostering their professional growth and improving their performance. You will conduct regular performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to maximize sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Territory Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s market reach and achieve revenue goals. You will analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and allocate sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and penetration.
Requirements and Qualifications as Sales Manager
