Duties & Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual person-centred care programmes within an agreed framework and in accordance with best available evidence-based practice. To ensure that all residents receive care appropriate to their individual needs.

About the Employer: Ensures confidentiality maintains at all times. Maintain good communication with patients’ families and friends for the patients’ needs and welfare. Organises the patients’ reception, discharge, and aftercare under hospital policy.

English Language Proficiency
