Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare budget forecasts and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Publish timely and accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including the preparation of necessary journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of bank payments and reconciliations.

Requirements and Qualifications as Front Office Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and general ledger functions.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing and multitasking effectively.
